Join me for a strong and grounding morning that focuses on building specific strength and foundations for Yoga inversions and arm balances.
This 2hr class is for those who are starting the journey of exploring these asana.
I offer a step by step approach, that gives clarity and support, using props and the wall when needed. The workshop will cover specific strength, flexibility, balance, focus + alignment for selected asana.
My teaching draws on all of my loves! Acro, handstands and yoga. I've spent extensive time learning these asana and finding fun and creative ways to condition and bring awareness to key components and micro adjustments that can add depth to the experience. For me this practice brings space to be present and find grace and lightness within its challenges. I love building specific strength and getting creative. Expect a unique, playful and well-rounded flow balancing the yang with the yin, and time for a delicious cool down and juicy savasana!
