Join me for a 2hr handstand workshop!
Warming up with a strength and mobility based flow, progressing to handstand drills and handstand, exploring different entries. We’ll work on balance, alignment, integration and specific strength drills.
Pre Req: Jump / kick up to the wall
If you need help getting up to the wall or aren’t sure where to start then join me for my beginners class on Friday 20th Jan so we can work especially on getting you upside down and working through those barriers.
Open to a mixed level group.
