Join me for a 2hr handstand workshop, improving your handstand!
Warming up with a strength and mobility based flow, progressing to handstand drills and handstand, exploring different entries. We’ll work on balance, alignment, integration and specific strength drills.
Pre Req: Jump / kick up to the wall with 10 sec hold.
If you need help getting up to the wall or aren’t sure where to start then join me for my next beginners workshop, so we can work especially on getting you upside down and working through those barriers.
